The Agreement

Usage Insights & Data Standards
Our platform provides high-signal insights for business infrastructure. When you utilize our visualization tools, you acknowledge that:

Unless otherwise stated, ManilaMap and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on ManilaMap.digital. This includes the proprietary visualization code, map styling, and insights generated through our specific algorithmic processing.
All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from ManilaMap for your own personal or commercial use subjected to restrictions set in these terms.
User Restrictions
You are specifically restricted from all of the following:
- Selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercializing any website material.
- Using this website in any way that is or may be damaging to this website.
- Engaging in any data mining or data harvesting in relation to this website.
Liability and Warrenties
No Warranties
This website is provided "as is," with all faults, and ManilaMap expresses no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this website or the materials contained on this website. Nothing contained on this website shall be interpreted as advising you. We strive for precision in our visualization systems, but business outcomes remain the sole responsibility of the user.

In no event shall ManilaMap, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ho Chi Minh City for the resolution of any disputes.
